Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship right across Australia. Every order comes with free standard shipping, and you can upgrade to express at checkout.
- Standard shipping — free on all orders. Delivery in 2 to 8 business days.
- Express shipping — $14.99. Delivery in 1 to 4 business days.
How fast
We aim to dispatch same day on orders placed before 10am AEST. In busy periods some orders take a little longer, and that's normal.
- All orders ship with Australia Post; express orders ship Australia Post Express.
- Remote WA addresses can occasionally run a little longer on express (up to about 5 working days).
- You'll get tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
International orders
We don't offer international shipping through the website just yet. If you're outside Australia and you want a Love Goggles digicam, email us at care@lovegoggles.com.au and we'll sort something out.
