USB-C or Lightning — which dongle do I choose?

Pick the one that matches your phone. USB-C for iPhone 15 and newer and most recent Android phones; Lightning for iPhone 14 and older. Check the charging port on the bottom of your phone if you're unsure.

Does it work with my iPhone or Android?

Yes. The camera shoots on its own; the included dongle is how you move photos onto your phone, whichever phone you have. Just pick the matching dongle.

Do I need to buy an SD card?

No. A 32GB SD card comes in the box, already in the camera and ready to shoot.

How do I get the photos onto my phone?

Plug the included dongle into your phone, connect it to the camera's SD card, and copy the photos across. Then post them straight from your camera roll.

What actually comes in the box?

The camera, your choice of USB-C or Lightning dongle, and a 32GB SD card.

How long does shipping take?

We ship free across Australia with Australia Post, and we aim to ship same day on orders before 10am AEST. Express is a $14.99 upgrade. Orders to WA on express can take up to 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not through the website yet. If you're outside Australia, email care@lovegoggles.com.au and we'll help you out.

Is it good at parties or in low light?

That's the whole idea. It has a built-in flash for the classic blown-out digicam look, plus a night mode for darker rooms.

What if something's wrong with my camera?

Email care@lovegoggles.com.au with your order number and a photo. You're covered by the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll make it right.
