Love Goggles ("we", "us", "our") runs this store. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you shop with us or contact us, we may collect:

- Contact and order details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Communications: emails you send us and our replies.
- Site and device data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and general location, collected through our store platform and any analytics tools we use, to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

- process and ship your order, and keep you updated on it,
- respond to your questions and provide support,
- handle returns, refunds and warranty matters,
- send marketing emails only if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe any time), and
- meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

- Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes orders and payments,
- Australia Post, to deliver your order,
- payment providers, to process your payment, and
- other service providers (for example email or analytics tools) bound to protect your information.

Overseas storage

Some of these providers, including Shopify, store and process data on servers outside Australia (for example in the United States). Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No online service can promise perfect security, but we use reputable providers and keep information only as long as we need it or the law requires.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're able. Email care@lovegoggles.com.au and we'll help.

Making a complaint

If you think we've mishandled your information, email care@lovegoggles.com.au first and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
